Mojo Retreat Bali – Terms and Conditions.

I’m thrilled that you’re considering joining us for this inspiring and rejuvenating experience. To ensure that everyone has a smooth and enjoyable retreat, we’ve put together these T&Cs. Please read through them carefully and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

1. What's Included in Your Fee 

Your retreat fee covers: 

- Airport pickup and ferry tickets

- Accommodation for the duration of the retreat 

- All scheduled workshop sessions and creative activities

- Local transportation for retreat-related activities

Plus excursions and inclusions as listed on our Bali Retreat webpage. These are optional however a refund or discount cannot be given if you decide not to join in.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable and fulfilling as possible, and we’ll provide plenty of details on what to expect. But there are a few things that are not included in the fee, which are your responsibility to arrange and cover.

 

2. Client Responsibilities: What's Not Included 

The following items are NOT included in your retreat fee, and you'll need to take care of these separately:

  • Airfares: You’ll need to arrange your own travel to and from Bali, Indonesia.

  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances (such as flight cancellations, health issues, or other emergencies). 

  • Meals: While breakfast daily and a welcome dinner at the resort are included in the fee, other meals or drinks are not. You’ll find a variety of local dining options nearby. 

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy 

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot at the retreat. 

  • The remaining balance is due before 10 January 2025. 

  • Once the full payment has been made, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place because we have to make non-refundable commitments on your behalf, such as securing accommodations and workshop materials.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another person (please notify us of the transfer at least [number] days before the retreat starts).

4. Changes and Cancellations by Us 

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the retreat itinerary or venue if circumstances beyond our control arise (e.g., weather, travel restrictions, or health advisories). Should we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. However, we will not be responsible for reimbursing any additional expenses you may have incurred (such as flights or travel insurance).

5. Participation and Conduct 

We want everyone to have a wonderful time and encourage a friendly, respectful atmosphere. As a participant, you agree to:

  • Be open to new experiences, share respectfully, and contribute positively to group activities 

  • Follow any safety guidelines or instructions given during activities 

  • Take responsibility for your own well-being, health, and any belongings you bring with you. 

If a participant’s behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful to the group, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the retreat without a refund.

6. Health and Safety 

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before the retreat so we can accommodate you to the best of our ability. Remember to bring any necessary medication or personal health items, as the retreat organizers cannot provide these.

7. Liability Waiver 

By attending the retreat, you acknowledge that participation in retreat activities is voluntary and that you assume all risks associated with your involvement. We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the retreat.

8. Photography and Media Consent 

We love capturing the magic of our retreats! By attending, you grant us permission to take photographs and videos of the retreat, which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included in any media, please let us know in advance.

9. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom and Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom and Australia.
